What is Mouth Lip Lift?
A quick, minimally invasive treatment designed to correct a downturned mouth or a resting “sad” expression.
Precisely targeted injections balance lower-face muscle activity, resulting in a more refreshed and approachable look.
How it works
Target muscle: the depressor anguli oris (DAO), a pair of triangular muscles that connect the corners of the mouth to the lower jawbone and pull the corners downward.
Strategic relaxation: Botox temporarily blocks the nerve signals to the DAO. The opposing lifting muscles then take over, elevating the mouth corners by a subtle 1 to 2 millimetres.
The appointment: a fine needle is used for a few quick injections per side, with minimal preparation.
